Shipping Policy

Shipping information

We offer standard shipping of all orders from, expected delivery time is 10 - 15 Business days. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Orders are typically processed the same business day, if received by 10AM Pacific time. If received after this time, they will be processed the next business day.


Order and shipping confirmation

An order confirmation email containing your order details will be sent within a few hours of purchase. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of when your order is shipped. Please add to your address book to ensure receipt of order details.


Delivery address

Delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Please carefully review the shipping address before completing your order.


Sales tax

Your purchases may come from various locations. We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipping to California addresses.


Domestic and International shipping

Additional to domestic shipping within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), Billions Centuries Inc. ships to Canada ( international).

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 14 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a full refund of the purchase price (less any shipping and handling), when purchased directly from To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "new" condition and all components (all accessories, all packaging must be included) and the item must be packaged in the original packaging as it was received in. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are not able to issue credits, refunds or return authorizations for braces that have been used or refurbished braces (*For all purchases made between 11/25/23-12/24/23, refunds/exchanges can be made through 1/15/24). 


To start your request for a refund, please contact Customer Support. A confirmation email will be sent with your Return Authorization Number, mailing address of the warehouse, and shipping and packing recommendations. Please note that we do not cover expenses of return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10-14 business days to process your refund.

Third-party purchases (refund requests)

If you have purchased your product through a source other than, and you are requesting a refund, you must coordinate the return/refund with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors have their own return policy. Please make sure to review the source's refund/return policy before making your purchase decision.


Anything you purchase on should arrive in pristine condition. If you order the wrong size, or feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support to exchange your item.

Free Shipping Orders

Your account will be refunded in accordance with BCI's return/exchange policies of 15% restock fee of the invoice.
